ia Bank works with all EVM networks and their supported assets; however, for Visa card issuance, we currently use the appropriate network/assets in the list below.

To send money to your Visa card we charge 1% of the amount you want to send. Remember that you are responsible for the gas fee as well. Also we charge $5 everytime you want to create a new Visa card.

To create a Visa card you need to have at least $106 in your account. The Visa card is not reloadable and there's a $5 fee to create a new card. The visa card is a virtual card and should be added to your Google Wallet or Apple Pay. Remember that your account are responsible for the Network Gas.

Just like any crypto wallet, if you lose access or allow someone else to have access to your wallet or account, there is nothing we can do to help you. We don't store any private key the only thing we have is the wallet public address or ia bank account
